I am an advocate with extensive experience in providing legal services to the real estate sector. I specialise in advising domestic and foreign investors, developers, financing banks and investment funds in all aspects of real estate deals, starting from the structure of the transaction, due diligence, acquisition and sale of real estate, through negotiations and execution of agreements relating to the investment process and commercialization of buildings. I also provide day-to-day legal services to the real estate sector on the functioning and management of real estate and leasing of commercial and office space. I personally handle each and every single matter and I also have an extended network of trusted and experienced team of lawyers and tax advisors who can assist me with more complex projects.

Before taking the initiative to start my own law firm, I worked in the Real Estate and Construction Investment Department of Baker McKenzie for 15 years.

I graduated from the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Law and Administration and from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science, Department of International Relations, where I focused on international protection of human rights. I am also a graduate of the English Law Centre organized by the University of Warsaw in partnership with the University of Cambridge.

Pro bono work is an important aspect of my law firm’s activity and a source of great satisfaction. I deliver the pro bono work mainly through rendering free of charge legal services to non-governmental organizations, in particular foundations and associations working for the protection of human rights. I also constantly support social and charity campaigns, especially those aimed at protecting women’s rights LGBT+ persons and refugees. Animal welfare is also particularly close to my heart.
